A SLIDE CENTRE WILL BE SET UP
IN THE CONFERENCE CENTER
WITH MULTIPLE COMPUTER STATIONS
All speakers must go to the slide center to upload their presentations, as no personal computers can be connected directly.
THE ONLY ACCEPTED FORMAT IS POWER POINT
No other formats will not be accepted.
Please save files in .ppt or .pptx
A&V experts are available to switch source files so long as you go to the slide centre well in advance.
Al presentations will be deleted after they have been delivered, but please be aware that the whole scientific event, that is to say the presentations, will be video recorded and uploaded in the https://narakasnervechannel.com/ website.
If you do not wish to take part, please inform the slide centre. No specific request on your part means you agree.
The time allocated can easily be checked in the SCIENTIFIC PROGRAM, times are very tight and punctuality is required. If you run overtime first THE AUDIO WILL BE REMOVED and then THE PROJECTION WILL BE TURNED OFF.
Remember to go to the slide centre well in advance to upload your presentation – preferably at least two hours in advance.
HAS YOUR PAPER BEEN ACCEPTED?
The first free paper session starts at 18.15 on the first day, so you will have all the time you need to upload your presentation after the lunch break.
